Stretches.
L shape,seal,butterfly,straddle,front support,back support,and side support.
Rotation 1
For our first rotation we had to walk on the blue on the beam.
Then we had to cartwheel next it like side to side or try and cartwheel on the blue line
Next we had to forward roll on the bench with soft bean on it.
Rotation 2
Our second rotation is when we have to jump on a trampoline and try to high
Then we had to do a backwards roll when we did this we had to jump on a little boost thing and do a 180 turn
Rotation 3
First we had to do a handstand on a bean mat and try do a font support on a box then we a to do the parallel bars this is when you have to lift yourself up
