Maths| Fractions

Fractions are one whole thing divided into equal pieces.

A fraction of a set is a whole group divided into a smaller groups. Fractions have two parts, the  denominator and the numerator. The dominator tells the size of the fraction. For example: the size of 4/5, is fifths. The numerator shows how many pieces there are. For example: for 4/5 there are four pieces so the fraction is four fifths.
