L.I to learn about the past. For task 4 we had to research about Jean Batten and Amelia Earhart. We had to research about them because we were doing a venn diagram that compares and shows the differences between two people. Both of these woman had flown solo which means that they had flown a plane by them self.

ReplyDeleteYour venn diagram looks great! It's amazing seeing the similarities and differences between these two great, inspiring woman. How awesome is it that Jean Batten was the first person EVER to fly solo from England to New Zealand? How long do you think that would have taken Jean to fly all that distance?
Next time you could add an image of the two different aviators (pilots)? Vintage photos are always fun to look at.
I wonder what it would feel like to fly a plane. If you had the opportunity, would you give it a go?
