Figurative language

Figurative language is figuring out the meaning of what a person says.

 There is 5 different figurative language.

A Simile is comparing 2 things using "like" or "As"

A Personification is giving a human trait to objects and ideas.

A Metaphor is comparing 2 thing without using "like" or "As"

A Hyperbole is a exaggeration to show strong feeling or effect

 A Understatement is expressing with less strength than expected.
